Reflexology is a natural therapy that uses pressure on specific areas of the feet (Reflex points) with the goal of relieving a variety of health problems and balancing the flow of vital energy throughout the body. Having reflexology can efficiently remove toxins, strengthen the immune system, reduce anxiety and depression, and revitalize energy. 

Each Reflexology includes the use of our steam and/or infrared sauna prior to treatment, foot soak and hydrating lotion application.
